Thinking of joining our lab?

We welcome inquiries from motivated graduate students and postdoctoral researchers interested in joining our interdisciplinary research team. Our work focuses on creating healthier, more sustainable, intelligent, and resilient built environments. Key research areas include building energy performance, indoor environmental quality, environmental exposures, occupant behavior, health and comfort, smart buildings and cities, and net-zero-carbon infrastructure. We also develop and apply data-driven modeling, artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital twins, sensing, and simulation techniques to address complex challenges at the intersection of people, buildings, infrastructure, and the environment.

Dr. Asadi’s lab welcomes applications from prospective graduate students with backgrounds in a range of disciplines, including Civil and Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer and Data Science, Public Health and related fields.
